1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on cyberisk.company through CYBERISK LLC, a company based in Carol Stream, Illinois (USA). Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

2. Products and Services Offered

• PDF Courses: online access to educational materials in PDF format, protected against unauthorized copying.
• Video Tutorials: single-purchase or subscription access to cybersecurity training videos.
• Software Products: subscription-based access to tools developed by CYBERISK LLC (e.g., HairBookingPro, AI Predictor).

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in euros or U.S. dollars depending on the product, inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe; CYBERISK LLC never stores your card information.

Access to paid content is unlocked automatically as soon as Stripe confirms your payment.

4. Delivery / Content Access

Because our products are digital, "delivery" means the immediate activation of your access to your member account — there is no physical shipment or associated delay.

5. Refund Policy

Our digital courses, tutorials, and software subscriptions are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that once you have accessed the content, that purchase becomes final and is not eligible for a refund or withdrawal. If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact our support team, and we will review your case individually.

6. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscription products are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your member account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no prorated refund will be issued unless required by law.

7. Warranties and Liability

CYBERISK LLC agrees to provide access consistent with the product description in effect at the time of purchase. Educational content is provided "as is," for informational purposes only; CYBERISK LLC makes no guarantee of specific results from its use and shall not be liable for any use of the content that departs from the guidance provided.

8. Intellectual Property

Purchasing a course, tutorial, or software product grants a personal, non-transferable right of use. No intellectual property rights are assigned or transferred to the buyer.

9. Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through our contact page before pursuing any legal action.
